Growth doesn’t happen by accident. This interactive workshop challenges Members to take an honest look at how they generate local business today andhow to scale up. Members will identify their best opportunities, map the relationships that influence who gets the call, examine their BD process and build a measurable 90-day action plan. The goal is to build the relationships before the opportunity exists and earn the call when it does.
